Local Engine Execution
All astronomical processing (Julian Day conversion, Lahiri Ayanamsa adjustments, and house divisional mathematics) is performed locally inside our secure, private servers using custom Python engines.
Absolute Astronomy Isolation
We do NOT transmit your birth details to NASA, the Jet Propulsion Laboratory, or any external space institutions. All coordinate processing is self-contained.
Fact-Grounded AI Generation
Our custom-trained Astro-SLM receives only pre-computed planetary facts to translate them into readable advice. We never pass your personal credentials to third-party language models.

Your personal profile data is securely stored inside isolated, industry-standard encrypted database clusters.
Saved Profiles Privacy
If you add family profiles or match profiles in the Compatibility section, they are stored securely and remain entirely private. Only you can view or modify them.
Military-Grade Encryption
All sensitive data is protected using AES-256 standard encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 encryption in transit across all active API terminals.

Platform preferences (such as Hindi/English selection and Dark/Light theme toggles) are stored locally to prevent server latency.
5. DPDP Act 2023 & International Data Rights
AstroPinch® operates in strict compliance with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023 as well as global standards (GDPR / CCPA). As a Data Principal, you hold statutory rights over your personal and astronomical data:
Right to Access Information (Section 11)
You may at any time request a summary of your personal data, birth variables, and processing history stored on our systems via our self-service Privacy Hub.
Right to Correction & Erasure (Section 12)
You have the right to request updating or complete permanent hard-erasure of your profile, birth charts, and AI consultation logs. Deleting your account purges all associated records within 7 days.
Right of Grievance Redressal (Section 13)
If you have any concerns regarding data processing or consent handling, you can file a statutory grievance with our Data Protection Officer (DPO). All tickets receive an initial response within 48 hours and resolution within 30 days.
Right to Nominate (Section 14)
You may designate an individual who shall exercise your data principal rights in the event of death or incapacity directly inside your Settings panel.
Zero Data Selling
We do NOT sell, trade, rent, or monetize your personal details or birth profiles to ad networks, marketing agencies, or external data brokers.
